These Terms apply to website use only. A vehicle purchase, lease, trade-in, deposit or financing transaction may be governed by additional written agreements and legally required disclosures. If a signed transaction document conflicts with these Terms, the signed transaction document will govern to the extent of that conflict.

2. Informational Purpose

The website provides information about vehicles, dealership services, trade-ins, financing and related matters.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice.

Nothing on the website creates a purchase agreement, lease agreement, financing agreement, agency relationship or other binding transaction unless Autostyle and the applicable customer complete the required written agreement.

3. Vehicle Availability

Vehicle inventory can change without notice.

A vehicle displayed online may be:

• Reserved
• Subject to a pending transaction
• Sold
• Removed from sale
• Awaiting inspection or reconditioning

Submitting an inquiry, saving a vehicle, requesting a test drive or applying for financing does not reserve or purchase the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate vehicle information. However, website listings may contain errors, delays or omissions relating to:

• Availability
• Finance or lease estimates

Vehicle photographs may be affected by lighting, display settings or image processing. Stock or representative photographs must be clearly identified if used.

Customers should verify material information and inspect the vehicle before completing a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

5. Pricing and Fees

Where a vehicle price is advertised, the website should display the total vehicle price required by applicable British Columbia motor-dealer advertising rules, excluding only amounts that may lawfully be excluded, such as applicable taxes or other permitted charges.

If a documentation fee, preparation fee, finance placement fee, accessory charge or other mandatory dealer charge applies, it must be included or disclosed in accordance with applicable law and current Vehicle Sales Authority of British Columbia requirements.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, advertised prices:

6. Financing Information and Payment Estimates

Financing and payment amounts displayed on the website are estimates only unless expressly identified as a lender-approved offer.

Autostyle may revise or decline a preliminary estimate after inspection or verification, subject to applicable law.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle.

9. CARFAX and Third-Party Reports

Vehicle-history reports, including CARFAX reports, are prepared by independent third parties.

Autostyle may provide access to a report for convenience but does not control the third party’s database or guarantee that every incident, repair, registration event, lien or other record appears in the report.

A vehicle-history report is not a substitute for reviewing dealership disclosures, inspecting the vehicle or obtaining an independent inspection.

Third-party reports are subject to the provider’s terms and limitations.

10. Vehicle Inspections

An “inspection completed,” “inspected,” or similar label means only that the inspection identified by Autostyle was performed.

It does not mean that:

• The vehicle is new
• The vehicle is free of wear
• No component will require future repair
• Every defect was discoverable
• The vehicle carries a warranty unless a written warranty is separately provided

The website should identify the scope and date of an inspection where practical.

Customers may arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection, subject to dealership procedures and vehicle availability.

Nothing in this section excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Deposits and Reservations

A website inquiry does not reserve a vehicle.

Any deposit or reservation is governed by the specific written terms presented and accepted at the time the deposit is made.

Before accepting an online deposit, the website must clearly disclose:

These services may be operated by independent third parties and may not provide the same privacy or security protections as Autostyle’s approved systems.

Do not send SIN numbers, banking credentials, credit reports, identification documents or other highly sensitive information through KakaoTalk or ordinary social messaging unless Autostyle specifically provides an approved secure process.

Communications through a third-party platform may also be governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policy.
